Colin Wells
Interim Executive Director
Colin was born in Plano, Texas, and moved to Roxboro, North Carolina, where he grew up. He graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2017 and immediately began working for Campus Christian Fellowship (CCF) where Colin’s faith grew. He has served in various ministry positions over the years including as Creative Director with Point Church and as Executive Director with another non-profit, Mission Support. Colin and his wife, McKenzie, live in Garner, NC, and are always down to watch sports (Go Heels & Go Saints!) or have a good game night!

Chris Evans
Operations Director
Chris loves biking the tobacco trail, going to UNC games, Canes hockey, and travel.

Jay Cook
Counseling Director
Jay is from Hickory, NC and has lived in the triangle since 2001 where he attended NC State University. Jay is married to Eva and have two children, Wilkins and Wynn.
Jay loves to go to NC State games, camp, and listen to podcasts.

Chuck Thompson
Prison Ministry Director
Chuck has served in Gospel ministry for more than 4 decades. He is an encourager who loves building teams, helping people grow and engaging in good conversations.
As often as possible Chuck enjoys fishing, all kinds of food, exercising, and some gardening.

Michael Thomas
Care Director
Michael was born and raised near Erie, PA. After stops in the Cleveland,OH area and Yonkers,NY Michael and his wife Laura along with their two daughters migrated down to North Carolina in 2003. He has served as Executive Director of a Rescue Mission as well as, Director of Operations at a Christian Retirement Community.
Michael loves spending time with his grandchildren, woodworking and has a love for classic trucks.
