Care Portal is a Care-Sharing technology that connects people in need with people who want to help – much like ride-sharing connects riders with drivers. Every day, neighbors step in to support families in crisis, helping to repair and strengthen them before they break. Always with a nearby local church facilitating the connection. It’s a movement where small acts of kindness are making a big impact in local communities. How It Works

Join our It’s Elementary Campaign

It’s Elementary is a community-wide initiative to bring CarePortal into every elementary school in Wake County-at no cost to the schools. Through CarePortal, children and families facing scarcity of basic needs are connected with trained, local church members who can respond quickly and compassionately. This partnership allows schools, churches, and community members to work together to support vulnerable students and strengthen families. You can get involved by connecting us with an elementary school social worker or by inviting your church to adopt a nearby school. We provide all training and support, trusting God to do extraordinary things through faithful people serving their local community. We look forward to the amazing things that can be accomplished in Wake County!
